My career has had one thread running through it: making sure vulnerable people get care that actually works, and that the services supporting them are strong enough to keep going.
I trained as a forensic psychologist and spent years in psychiatric, dementia and complex community settings, then moved into regulation as a CQC Compliance Inspection Manager. Today I lead ProLibertas Care Solutions, a CQC-registered specialist care provider, so I understand the pressures of operating a regulated service from the inside.
I help owners and boards move from being the single point on which everything depends, to running a business that is structured, sustainable and commercially sound, with the people being supported kept at the heart of every decision.
